Venture Capitalists

Venture Capitalists are companies or individuals who provide investment capital, management expertise and experience. Most venture capital comes from a group of wealthy investors, investment banks and other financial institutions that pool such investments or partnerships. In return for investment, Venture Capitalists will take an equity position in the company, usually in proportion to the amount of their investment and the level of risk involved.
